One-to-One Segregated Account:

One-to-One Segregated Account is designed to supply tailored asset management service to only one client. The threshold for this service is RMB 50 million. The asset will be under the custody of independent custodian bank. There is usually a lock-up period around 3 months. After that, client can subscribe or redeem within the contract duration under the condition that the balance of the account no less than RMB 50 million.

One-to-Multiple Segregated Account:

One-to-Multiple Segregated Account is designed to supply tailored asset management service to more than one, but no more than 200 clients. The threshold for this service is RMB 1 million. And the asset will be under the custody of independent custodian bank. Within the contract duration, the account is open to redemption only once a year. At least 2% redemption fee will be charged as a penalty if attempting to redeem not on the appointed redemption day.
